Frederike and Meindert, Deep green suites 1994.
For personal reasons Frederike refrained from sending a 'current' picture. During the years between the first and this second album her voice grew in character and virtuosity and she remains a beauty to look at.
Meindert 2021.

An extremely versatile and fabulous keyboard player (I owe him forever for helping me when times got really rough).
My old, very good friend and, at the beginning of my recording ‘career’, a true mentor. He does not play a single note that isn’t ‘spot on’. A sheer joy to listen to him.
The kind that true musicians love to listen to. Steady as a rock, holding the groove, extremely subtle where necessary. If you only listen to his hi-hat patterns, you’ll find that he is reminiscent of Stewart Copeland. But make no mistake: he is a drummer in his own right.
One of Belgium’s most sought after studio guitarists. Played lead guitar for many years with the DLS-band supporting stars like Emmylou Harris, Joe Cocker and Bryan Ferry on stage for Belgian television. Watch his level of playing (e.g.) on Mr. Blue Sky with the DLS-band. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCsvIE_sbGE
Shocking Blue’s lead guitarist during the time they conquered the United States with ‘Venus’. The ease with which he plays, the sobriety of his playing. Admirable and unique.
Jan ‘blue note’ de Bruijn (right). Talk about a man who plays from the heart and you understand his approach.
Asked by producers and musicians from the U.S.A. to Australia to play on their albums. A true international, big league player.
An honour to have such a sophisticated, classical musician on board.
Bløf’s lead singer and guitarist who recorded the basic tracks for this ‘lost album’, mixed them, did background vocals and was Frederike’s and my vocal coach.
She filled the studio with kindness, modesty and devotion and sang the hell out of everything, making her contributions heavenly.
